CIIS is required to comply with the federal and state privacy regulations. The information provided by you to CIIS will be used, where applicable for the purposes of assessing your application, accepting your enrolments, processing and advising you of your assessment results and other communications to you as required. Students at CIIS can also request their student file anytime and make a copy of the file by arranging a meeting with authorised staff member.

In accordance with the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000, any personal information collected about students used in the course of business will not be passed on to any other organisations. However, the Institute is bound to provide personal information on its students to State and Commonwealth Governments if requested.
